How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped shortly after. Delivery times vary depending on location.
How do I track my order?
All orders come with tracking information. Once shipped, you should receive an email with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To return, you must contact Olive & Haven via email or contact us page to receive a return shipping label.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you need changes, please contact us within 12-24 hours of purchase.
